Supported Brad Peyton on the blockbuster SAN ANDREAS. Liaised between department heads, talent, studio executives, storyboard artists, pre-visualization team, and VFX companies. Assisted with casting notes, script revisions, and managed international logistics for an overseas shoot.

Headed budget breakdowns, production research, and post supervision for projects written, directed, and performed by incarcerated youth. Coordinated with director Alex Muñoz to manage the nonprofit's logistics.

Managed an office team of 14 and facilitated operations across multiple projects. Assisted Brett Morgen on the, then, Hulu pilot WHEN THE STREETLIGHTS GO ON and the National Geographic documentary JANE. Handled sensitive, personal, and professional matters on behalf of the CEO and family.

Assisted David Gelb on the feature horror THE LAZARUS EFFECT, delivering script coverage, managing calendars, and sourcing stock footage. While assisting Mr. Peyton on INCARNATE, I developed visual bibles, gathered historical references, and researched a collection of different topics for concurrent productions.

As the first employee of the post house I helped set up our office and managed day-to-day activities, WHO WHAT WEAR fashion shoots, accounts receivable/payable, implemented equipment rental program, and oversaw intern tasks. Interviewed and tracked editors and directors. Assisted the founders in any capacity necessary, and grew with a successful start-up.
